Inspecting doors, windows, and shutters for security
Checking electricals and turning them off when the property will be vacant for a period
Defrosting the freezer unit when required
Descaling the kettle when required
Cleaning air-conditioning filters when required
Reading electric and water meters
Ensuring external fixtures and fittings are intact
Putting away outside furniture as required

All activities will be logged online so that you can easily view the current report. Please note that additional costs, such as postage to the UK or the cost of repairs, will be charged separately.
